Kokoro! For those who do not want to be distracted by a thousand commitments and be, after all, engaged in nothing.

In 2000 the Kokoro International initiative was put into action with the specific aim of studying Karate-Dō – the Way of Karate – in a deeper and holistic way. A challenging project that, in recent years, has offered eager and motivated people the opportunity to be part of a center of high specialization and excellence for the study of Karate.
 
This chance is reserved to all those who, after careful consideration, chose to get involved and devote themselves, accepting all the responsibilities that participation in a selected group such as ours, inevitably entails.
